I’m not sure about you, but the moment October 1st arrives, I’m already breathing in all things
Fall! If I’m honest, it’s actually before that. I love everything about this season! Leaves
changing, cooler temperatures and the reminder that good things can happen with change. But
listen y’all, I know this is Texas….so, I’ll take the two weeks of Fall that we get!
Each Fall I am on a mission to discover a new Fall activity or pumpkin patch to Take my kids.
This year, I actually decided to revisit a local Pumpkin Patch I visited last year, and again, it did
not disappoint! Team Family Farms is nestled off Sherman Drive in Aubrey, Texas at 1042 W.
Sherman Dr., Aubrey, TX. 76227. I’ve been to several Pumpkin Patches, but my family and I
thoroughly enjoy this location! While it is located off of a main road, once you are on the
property, you feel like you are tucked back in the country. They have music playing and the
overall feel is calming and enjoyable! Team Family Farms is open 7 days a week from 10am-
7pm. Monday-Friday the admission cost is $12 (2yrs & up) Saturday & Sunday the admission is
$18 (2yrs & up). This location will be open now through November 5th. Tickets can be
purchased at the door, so, no need to buy tickets in advance!
After being greeted by the friendly staff at the gate, you walk into a sweet space of all things fall
and harvest with more photo ops than any parent could hope for! They offer feed for the animals
that is included in the admission price, along with activities for all ages! And, you’ll love the
animals! They have Texas Longhorns, cows, chickens, goats, horses, and more!
Team Family Farms allows for the full Pumpkin Patch experience. Pumpkins can be purchased
there and they also offer food and drink to purchase at the Team Family Café’ concession stand.
The ground is level allowing Mama’s to bring a stroller or wagon, if necessary. However, the
grounds are enclosed allowing your little one’s freedom to run and explore! While the Pumpkin
Patch will end November 5th, you may note that Team Family Farms is open year-round with fun

Each year I wonder if this will be the last year my kids want to attend the local Pumpkin Patches
(they are 8 & 10), and Team Family Farms is a location where we spend hours and don’t run out
of things to do! You’ll enjoy giant human hamster wheels, farm animals, barrel train rides,
basketball platform made out of farm equipment, giant tube slides, play grounds with slides and
swings, playhouses and much more! Before leaving, be sure to say hello to Cowboy Tex or one
of his employees. They are so friendly and make you feel like family! This Pumpkin Patch has
now become one of our favorite locations. So, this Fall, make sure you head on over and plan on
spending some quality time on the farm with your sweet kids. You won’t be disappointed!
